Your interaction with our generative interface signifies a mutual understanding: we supply the advanced computational engines, but the ultimate direction and ethical responsibility of the output remain in your hands.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

UtilityGenAI respects the creative process. While the underlying AI models and interface design are the property of UtilityGenAI, the unique content you generate using our tools belongs to you. We claim no ownership over the text, code, or ideas you produce here.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

Our tools are powerful, and with power comes responsibility. You agree not to use UtilityGenAI for malicious purposes, including but not limited to: generating spam, creating misleading content, or producing material that violates local laws. We reserve the right to block access to IPs that abuse our API endpoints.

4. Limitation of Liability

UtilityGenAI provides these tools "as is." While we aim to keep the tools available and accurate, we cannot guarantee that the AI's output will always be perfect or factually correct. You should always verify critical information generated by AI before using it in professional or legal contexts.
